2001 NOTICE:
We, the undersigned, being residents of the LOS ZACATITOS - SANTA CRUZ DE LOS ZACATITOS housing development have the desire to form a LEGAL ASSOCIATION in order to be able to have a voice in the way this development grows in the future and to protect our investments. All home and land owners are encouraged to participate in this Association.

Depending on submissions, this website will be used to inform as many of the 300 landowners of such issues as:
- Fideicomiso (Bank Trust) information - legal requirements for landowners
- Landowners issues and information - historical & current information
- Ecological concerns
- Public Access and beach use
- Road Maintenance
- Zoning and Density
- Real Estate for Sale Information
A vote on Homeowner's by-laws, originally scheduled for December 1, 2001, has been postponed until further notice, at the request of the organizers. Further information will be posted as it becomes available to the site administrator.
At this time the only agenda of this Association is to inform as many landowners as possible of everyone else's ideas, concerns and suggestions in regards to the future growth of the development.
This is a list of the residents interested in establishing a way to open the lines of communication in order to avoid problems in the future.
